Apple Pie Parfait


  • 1 large apple diced

  • 2 tbsp Maple Hill 100% Grassfed Butter

  • 2 cups of Maple Hill 100% Grassfed Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp allspice

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 3/4 tsp cardamom

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • Unsweetened Granola

  • Sliced apples (for garnish)


  1. In a bowl combine cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, cardamom, sea salt. Set aside.

  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the diced apple and toss/coat in the butter.

  4. Add 2 Tbsp of the apple pie spice mix to the apples and butter. Toss to coat the apples.

  5. Sauté apples until slightly soft. Remove from heat.

  6. In a serving bowl (or martini glass) add granola to the bottom, 1 cup of Maple Hill Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla), and warm cooked apples. Finish with a sprinkle of the Apple Pie seasoning and a few sliced  uncooked apples for garnish.
