Avocado Yogurt Ranch Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Maple Hill Plain Greek or COT Yogurt
1 medium avocado , peeled and cored
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tsp dried)
1 – 2 tsp chopped fresh dill , to taste (or 1/2 tsp dried)
2 tsp chopped fresh chives (or 3/4 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp onion powder
drizzle of olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Step 1
Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor or blender.
Step 2
Pulse until well blended.
Step 3
Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
