Creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes


- 1 head of garlic

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper

- ½ stick of Maple Hill 100% Grassfed Butter

- 1 cup Maple Hill 100% Grassfed Whole Milk

- 3 pounds russet potatoes (peeled)

- Herb of choice for garnish


- Cut the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil

- Wrap garlic in foil and place in 400-degree oven for 40 minutes

- Remove the roasted cloves from the head

- Peel and cube all potatoes and place in a large pot

- Cover potatoes with cold water and bring to a boil

- After they reach a boil, bring the heat down to medium-low and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes (until fork tender)

- Drain potatoes and mash them

- In a separate pot, melt the butter, milk, and roasted garlic together

- Add the mashed potatoes to the new pot and mash all together

- Garnish with herb of choice

- Optional: Melt some more Maple Hill Butter and pour it on top!
