Earth Day Cloud Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup coconut milk
½ avocado
1 tsp blue spirulina powder
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt + more for serving
1/2 tsp matcha powder

PREPARATION
Instructions:
Add the banana, cauliflower rice, ¼ cup yogurt, blue spirulina, and coconut milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
In a small bowl, mix together ¼ cup of the yogurt with the matcha powder until fully incorporated.
To a serving glass, spoon a bit of the plain yogurt making clouds around the glass. Repeat with the matcha yogurt. Sprinkle blue spirulina to add a pop of color.
Pour smoothie into the glass and enjoy!
