EGG CUSTARD TART SWEET PASTRY

Ingredients

Pastry:

25 grams almond flour
120 grams butter
55 grams sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg

Custard:
1 cup cream
1 1⁄2 cups Maple Hill whole milk
8 egg yolks
100 grams sugar
1/8 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
1 vanilla bean or 1T paste/extract
