Harvest Crepe



2 eggs

½ banana

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp. Maple Hill COT or Kefir


Step 1

Blend all the above.

Step 2

Heat a small/ medium pan @ low/ med. heat with butter, olive oil or coconut oil.

Step 3

Once pan and oil are hot, pour the batter into pan and cover with a lid.

Step 4

Look for crisp edges and bubbles + more solid consistency in the face up part in the pan of crepe, then flip with 2 spatulas to cook both sides of crepe. (Cook time will vary depending on your stove and heat source)

Step 5

Slide out of pan on to plate.

Step 6

Fill with….

Maple Hill Greek plain yogurt (or vanilla)

Sliced apples




Fold crepe and enjoy!
