Holiday Cranberry Butter
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Maple Hill Salted butter (2 sticks)
For the Cranberry Sauce:
12 oz bag of cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 medium strip of orange zest
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick

PREPARATION
Make the cranberry sauce: combine all ingredients into a medium pot and cook on low for 20-25 minutes or until the cranberries start to burst and the sauces becomes jammy. Remove the cinnamon stick then transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly.
Meanwhile, add the butter to a mixing bowl and whip until it is light and creamy. Add 1 cup of the cranberry sauce and beat again until fully combined and the color is pink.
Scoop into a small jar and allow to chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately for a silky smooth spread. Enjoy!
