Combine and blend in a 32oz mason jar…

½ cup MH Milk

1 cup organic unsweetened canned coconut milk/cream

3 tbsp Almond Flour (or paleo flour)

5 tbsp Flax seeds or Flax meal

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp of nut butter

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract


2-3 scoops Collagen Peptides ( + protein )


Step 1

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to allow the chia seeds to expand a bit.

Step 2

Dish out a serving and heat 1 ½ - 2 min in microwave or reheat on stove top until warm. Top with your choice of berries or fruit and/ or nuts.

Keep refrigerated.

Note: The cereal will be very thick when cold. When heated, it will loosen into more of a hot cereal/ oatmeal consistency.
