MAPLE, BROWN SUGAR & CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS

Overnight oats will get you in the habit  of making your breakfast before you even wake up. You can even make a  few jars at a time, as they will last in the fridge for up to 3 days

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Maple Hill Whole or 2% Milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 Tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Chopped pecans for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Layer oats, milk and vanilla into a mason jar. 


Step 2

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and maple syrup.  


Step 3

Pour mixture over the oats. Refrigerate oats overnight or at least 2  hours. 


Step 4

Top with pecans before serving.
