PUMPKIN GREEK YOGURT

Ingredients

1 cup Maple Hill Plain Greek Yogurt

½ cup  pure pumpkin canned or fresh

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp ground cloves

¼ tsp nutmeg


optional (for the sweet tooth):

1/2 -1 tsp coconut sugar or maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together ingredients.  Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.



Options


Breakfast bowl: 

add grain-free granola, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, pecans.


Savory: 

add a dollop to your favorite homemade chili


Julia's Chili

1 lb ground beef or pork

1 large white onion diced

2 cups shredded carrots

1 ½ cups diced tomatoes

1 ½ cups can kidney beans

3 cloves garlic

1 cup chicken broth

3 tbsp chili powder

1 ½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp white pepper

1 ½ cumin
